Well, after I applied online I was immediately called within a matter of three to four days. An interview was set up and on the appointed date I went to the store and spoke one on one with the general manager. The interview went well and after this took place I had to fill out a form for a drug-test.

What would you do when dealing with an angry customer?
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
