I experienced a 2 step interview process that involved meeting with an HR specialist first and then one of the Managers for the second round. After meeting with the manager, I was offered a position in my desired department.

Quick, easy, they wanted the position filled and they put me in it. Over all it was a comfortable, stress free interview. However, it was all merely a front hiding the true deceit and total lack of any actual care or concern the management had for hourly employees.
I was interviewed and tested with 3 other candidates and it didn’t feel like I was valued. I ended up declining the job offer as I received a better offer from a company that provided a more tailored interview experience.
