There was one phone interview that happened 7 days after I submitted my resume. It was very standard questions around availability and past jobs. Then there was a face to face interview with the store manager

Tell me about a time that you gave great customer service, what was the outcome
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
