First I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a follow up phone interview with direct manager (sorry, I don't remember his title). And then final call with 3 member MGT team.

Approx one and one half hours. Conducted a panel interview via Microsoft teams. Upper management and people currently in the role. A lot about previous experience and how it would fit into the in home role.
