Interview
Went in and met with an assistant manager. Asked what experience I had and then gave me several different scenarios and asked how I would handle them. Answered them and then was given some follow up instructions. But didn't take them since I didn't want the job.
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
