Had an interview with two people. The interview was over the phone, and didn't involve any whiteboard questions.. Instead, there were lots of infrastructure, and problem solving questions, plus some simple language details (I was answering questions about Java).

Q: How would you architect a link shortener like bit.ly?
Made it pretty far in the interview process but the panel round was humiliating. Not a group of guys I would want to work with in the end anyway. The panel felt more like fraternity brothers hazing a freshman and was downright weird
