Applied online about 3 days ago and got a call this morning. Did a telephone interview, and got scheduled for a in store interview. Went in a spoke to the hiring manager and the GM the same day.
They ask you ethical questions such as you see your manager stealing, what would you do? Answer tell upper management no matter what!
Just be yourself, and answer the questions truthfully.

What would you do if you had a customer who is upset at the service he has received in the past?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
