I found the ad on indeed.com and sent in an online application and did the following personality test. 2 weeks later I got a phone call from the Back Room Manager. Make sure that the email that you give them in the application is correct because they scheduled an interview for me and it ended up in my junk mail. Anyways so the first interview was basic, personality questions. Basically getting to know me. As well as a few scenario questions mixed in. The Back Room Manager called me to set up the second interview, which would be 2 days later, with the GM. The second interview I was definitely more nervous for, but it all turned out fine. The GM asked scenario questions and my availability. He then offered me the job and we discussed my wage,.. this interview took about 25min. They make you take a mandatory drug test but once you pass that its smooth sailing.
