Interview
The hiring process is quick and easy. They ask you a lot of things like "tell me about a difficult customer you had and what you did about it.... difficult managers, etc." My manager was pretty cool and made the interview not so intimidating. They also ask why you want to work there, your shopping habits, and what you know about the position you are applying for/product.

"tell us about a manager you had trouble with and how you handled it."
Most people hate answering this, but honesty is the best policy, They know you are lying if you say you have never had a problem.
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
