Easy interview process usually these are done as internal positions so they will be given by a manager that you know and work with daily. The other managers can and will if they like you help you prepare for the interview

Talk about a time you went above and beyond for a customer
Easy at first then they get you with the credit cards they are cool but not honest all of the time. I'm not sure if it was the location but they were not that organized compared to other companies I've worked for in the past.
