They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.

Asked mostly situational questions. Management was about 45 minutes late. He had my detaiked work history and asked detailed questions about my work experience.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
