Interview
Applications are submitted exclusively online. A couple days after I submitted my application, I got a call asking in which departments I would be interested in working and an interview time was set up. My interview experience is atypical, as my first one was with the GM and he offered me the job at the end. Typically though, applicants will have one interview with our hiring lead and/or the supervisor or leader of the department for which the applicant is interviewing. If they do well and are liked, they will get called back for second and sometimes third interviews with the AM and GM.

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
