One on one phone call with front lead. If successful, then another interview will be setup with your future immediate supervisor. Again, if successful, a third interview is setup with the GM of the store. The process seems to take about one to two weeks, depending on employer schedules, background, and drug test results.
Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
