Multiple interviews with thoughtful questions. Met with national, regional and local staff and volunteers. They laid out realistic expectations and very open about challenges the position will face.
The process was lengthy with the multiple interviews but I valued the experience as it helped me in my confidence that this was the right role and organization for me.
