Bertelsmann Printing Group interview questions

I interviewed via a job board and contacted about an interview after a day or two. Upon arrival I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. The salary range posted on the job board was did not match the range they shared in person. I was asked to wait to discuss a role more in line with my experience but was unable to speak to someone for some time. When I did, they confirmed the salary ( I copied from the Job description ) was not possible. They did not ask any questions and shared they accept all people and to continue waiting. Conclusion: the company is disorganized, time inefficient, management is not available to assist employees and offers low paying jobs to anyone.
