It was a quick one,I aced the test which was about how good your knowledge of the English language is.
You would also have questions to determine if you are not psycho and what your moral compass is like.
Overall,it's an amazing opportunity to see someone learn a new language with a method tested and tried

I sent my CV and they called me for an interview very quickly. This was in the Tunisia centre so probably not the same in all of them. They were very welcoming and we had more of a casual chat than an interview.

Interview
It was a very easy interview. First, You're asked to fill in an application with your personal and professional information. Then, an HR representative holds a one-on-one interview with you in which she, they usually are females, asks you a set of questions that are pretty expected. After that, they let you sit for an MCQ English exam which is not that hard to be fair. Finally, they let you know whether you are accepted or not by a phone call, and that's usually within a very few days.
