i was first contacted and there was a phone screen a writing test conducting a press release in a limited period and a follow-up interview the question were not very difficult interviews were nice

Applied after being referred by a client. Had HR screening, then took detailed writing test. All standard. Over the next six weeks, the recruiter repeatedly set and missed their own deadlines. No updates were ever provided. About six weeks after I took the writing test, a month after an update was promised, the recruiter scheduled a call on the same day and didn't show up. No acknowledgement, no sorry, nothing since. Loop was never closed. Disrespectful of the time and effort candidates put into this process, and left a bad taste about how BR communicates.
