I was contacted by the school and had a couple of phone interviews. Then, I was invited to visit the school. I was provided with a tight schedule for the day. Everything was very organized and the people involved were warm and easy going. The only drawback was they didn't disclose the salary range. I asked several people (including the principal) and they avoided answering the question by saying they didn't have that information.
