After the interview you get a call back for denial or acceptance of an offer letter and then you go background, fingerprinting , degree verification , and you start

The interview was a casual conversation. Study their website and get familiar with your role as a CM. They ask “what would you do if” questions. Answer as the CM and you would be fine. Sound as helpful and accommodating as possible.
