I had an Interview first with the clinical manager and then with the director. Both managers asked typical interview questions. They gave me a chance to talk with current workers. I heard back within 1 week

Series of forms to fill including information forms, background checks, References. They did this because you will have to deal with a real world data, and protecting their clients information is something they don’t joke with. It was straightforward and took about 4 weeks in all including background checks
