I was contacted through email by an employee who asked to set a date and time to conduct a phone interview for the Jr. Graphic Design position. After waiting over an hour and receiving no call on the date/time she set, I emailed asking if she would prefer to reschedule. She emailed back with a new date and time (the following day). Again I waited for a call and received nothing - no call, no email of a possible delay, and no form of apology for forgetting to call - this happened TWO times.
After this experience it is clear that this company is very unorganized and inconsiderate with other people’s time.
