At each stage, feedback was extremely quick. After screening, there are a couple of rounds of online tests which are varied and quite interesting. The behavioural ones made more sense and felt less frustrating than many I had encountered at other companies, and there are lots of maths and logic tests which are fun. There are few interviews, with the interviewers making sure to make you feel comfortable which I appreciated - many of the questions made me reflect deeply on what I wanted from a job and what my habits and traits were, so I would recommend thinking about that before they happen!

Interview
Usual CV screening phase. As a second step I had a 30 minutes-timed quantitative-logical reasoning type of assessment. The UX was very fine to me and I had fun during the tests. I had to share screen and microphone during the test in order to show compliance with the honor code.
