Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in May 2025
Interview
The initial process involved an set of online tasks, involving logical reasoning & algorithms. A second stage involved more algorithmic tasks + cultural fit questions.
There were a few rounds of online interviews including a drill-down into answers on the cultural fit, more logical reasoning, a technical systems design interview [ no whiteboarding! :) ] and a chat about my background and motivation.

Question 1
An algorithm design programming question, including a final step with optimisation + explanation of my solution.
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
