Interview
1) screening dei CV;
2) primo batch di quiz online, focus su problemi di logica;
3) secondo batch di quiz online, focus su implementazione di codice (praticamente qualsiasi linguaggio va bene, anche pseudocode). Anche in questa fase è importante impostare la soluzione tramite ragionamento logico
4) primo colloquio in videochiamata, comportamentale
5) secondo colloquio in videochiamata, problem solving
6) terzo colloquio in videochiamata, tecnico|
Alla fine di tutto mi è stato chiesto di indicare alcune persone (colleghi, compagni di studio, professori) che nei giorni successivi sarebbero stati brevemente intervistati per capire come lavoro.

Come ti informi sugli argomenti che ti interessano?
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
