They require quite a solid math knowledge, but it’s fair since there are a lot of candidates . There was also a cultural fit test. The recruitment process was quite quick and responsive
After passing the initial screening process, I was asked to complete some tasks. Some aspects of the task did not seem to be related to the job title itself, but I was told it was because they wanted to assess me generally. If successful, I may have been given more tasks or perhaps an interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Milan) in Jan 2025
Interview
I recently applied for a position at Bending Spoons as Data Analyst intern, after being contacted by the company via Almalaurea - I'm still attending the Master's Degree in Physics.
I passed the initial application process (submission of the CV, cover letter and university exams sustained) and after a few days I was assigned a task lasting 50 minutes, with problems regarding logic, probability and simple coding. The following phase, which I'm going through right now, consists of 6 more tasks, 4 similar to the previous one and two regarding my goals and my work style. It's my first application for a workplace, so I don't have any other experiences to compare it to, but this company looks pretty selective and competitive. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
Range of fun tasks relating to logic, stats, probabilty and other stuff. They range from 15 to 50 mins and I had around 11 tasks, very clear communications and a current employee who answers all ur qs
