Interview
The company sends you 2 batches of tests, for a total of about 6 hours.
The tests aim to assess your problem solving, reasoning skills.
Even if you applied for an HR position you will need to solve mathematical/statistics problems and even a problem related to a user interface.
The company said those tests are well-calibrated but they don’t give you proper feedback.
Not a nice interview experience, especially if you're already working. you almost need to take leave to complete their tests.

Initial CV screening, followed by online tests. After this stage I took part in two interviews both one hour long. This was followed by reference checks and a final shorter interview that was only 30 minutes.

Got invited to the first video call interview with two managers in the call. One of them joined the call from the airport, with her camera off and with the background noises that constantly bothered the call, I don't. understand why she didn't mute herself when I was talking.
