A long, multi-step interview focused on reasoning over experience, including logical, mathematical, and attitudinal tests, where the interviewer changed at each stage to minimize bias and ensure a more objective, well-rounded evaluation process.
Various questions relevant to the role, company, personal goals and aspirations for the future, experience, etc to make sure you're a good fit. Three interviews, each with with different people, to give unbiased opinions.
