The interview process was fine overall. However, the company makes everyone fill out a paper application at the beginning of the in-person interview process, even if the candidate already applied directly through the company website, which seems inefficient.

The general "tell-us about yourself", "tell us about a time you solved a problem", and a lot of questions about how would you handle various situations with residents.

Interview
The interview was very relaxed. She told me about the job, the specifics and then showed me around the facility. I had to get a TB test and background check, but no drug test so that's a plus.

Interview
My interview was within a harbor community where a resident actually joined us for the interview. The interview asked about my background, previous employment, and what I wanted in the future. I got to tour each community and start the process of employment. Amazing place to work for.
