After applying on their website I was contacted directly by HR to schedule an introductory call with the hiring manager. The first call was a 30 minute conversation (not an interview) which was supposed to help me gauge my interested in the company and the role. Next I had a 45 minute interview with the same hiring manager where I was asked in-depth questions about my background and how it would directly relate to the role. I also spoke with an additional hiring manager about a similar role but in a different department. After a few days of silence I reached out to HR and they promptly responded that they were no longer moving forward - although everyone enjoyed speaking with me and thought I was a great fit, there were internal business decisions relating to geography that prevented them from continuing the process. Overall, everyone I met there was great and I appreciated their transparency and honesty!
