The first steps of the process are very AI automated, some video interciew and online assessment of simple logic tests and easy calculations. Also a quick german test. Then you’re invited to a in person group assesment with other 9 people for 1 position, they covered all costs of travel and were very nice and friendly. The day was divided into many exercises, mostly behavioral and logical, they were in english but the examinators were german and they appreciated german answers.
