I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bell Oaks Executive Search
Interview
First step is a phone screen with one of the partners. Second step is an in-person interview with 1-2 people. The last interview is meeting everyone in the office, it depends but it can be a virtual or in person interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They typically just want to get to know you and what skills you may have that are transferrable.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bell Oaks Executive Search (Sandy Springs, Fulton, GA)
Interview
Twice I have been contacted by this company for interviews. I have given my time, made the effort to come into their office for in-person interviews, and told they were very excited about the fit and would contact me ASAP. Both times there was no follow up. I reached out to ask the status and received a blanket we will let you know once we hear from the client and then silence. This is so unprofessional, and as someone who took the time twice to respond to their incessant calls for me to come meet with them, I would expect at least some type of follow up. I wouldn’t ever attempt to respond to them again.

Question 1
Mostly discussion type questions and conversational. Some a bit too personal and on the inappropriate side.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bell Oaks Executive Search (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I did a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. I was told there were two positions: one in which the person had transferable skills and the other recruitment experience. It appeared that if they were interested you would go into the next round interview with the Manager. In the end they wanted someone with experience.

Question 1
Thought this question was weird and inappropriate, but in regards to asking me about the commute. She asked, do I rent or own my house?
