3 totally separate interviews each spaced a week or so apart. The first time I arrived, I had to fill out a few papers that look like they came off an old copy machine like I was applying for a summer job as a 14 year old with juvenile questions. First interview was with quality control. Second was with regulatory. Third was with a director and COO. Totally unorganized. Interview questions were easy though. Received an offer via phone and then it was emailed to me. Then I had to take a drug test and physical. They marked on their paperwork to the doctors office that I was a factory labor worker even though I wasn't, so I had to do extraneous activities in the physical such as a pulmonary test. As it got close to my start date, they called and pushed it back a week, presumably due to their lack of preparation. Training when I started the job was also jumbled and unorganized. I learned to do most on my own.
