I received and email to set up an appointment for the first interview. Interview went well and I was told by the interviewer that I would be getting a call for a second interview and that it would be upon availability of the Regional Managers. I did not receive a follow up email or call after four days so I emailed stating my enthusiasm to work for the company and that I looked forward to the second interview. The response was friendly and that they were waiting for the availability of the Regional Managers. I still have not received follow up and it's been two weeks. =( I would have accepted if the interview process had been completed.

Process took about a month. First talk to recruiter and then got set up with the Regional Manager. Interview was very generic and lack structure. It took about 1 hour and a half. I believe they wasted my time when the company went through changes and they didn't know what they wanted.
