BEHR uses a number of ways to recruit, specifically for their interns, they were at my school's career fair, which is how I heard about BEHR initially. I came across the job posting online and decided to apply since they were a familiar name. I had applied for one position, but when I was contacted, they asked if I would be interested in another inter role. I said yes, so after talking with the talent acquisition specialist about my experience and why I would be a good fit, a drug and physical screening, I was at my intern orientation the following week! I am now in my second summer as an intern with BEHR and could not be happier!
