Interview
It had 4 average difficulty interview stages - framework-related theoretical questions, live coding using the tech stack you need for the applied position, and 2 cultural fit interviews with EM and VP
Long story short it was a good organized interview process with polite people. I liked the most that the company built their interview as a two-way process, I mean between interview steps HR was asking me if I was still ok with moving on when some companies build interviews only for themselves and don't care about candidates' opinions

Interview
There is a take home assignment that is supposed to take 1-2 weeks to complete. Huge red flag... Also got the impression that the work-life balance is poor. If everyone working there agreed to do this take home test then I can't imagine it gets better once they start working.
