I applied online. I interviewed at Behavioural Insights Team (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Application is anonymous. They ask you 3 questions on research methods and project management. Then, if you pass the first part, you are asked to do a work-task that involves coding and preparing a presentation. After, you have a final interview, but didn't arrive to that. The selection process is very fair and they give you feedback. I had a positive experience even if I didn't get the job.

Question 1
They explained the background of an intervention. Then they list 3 potential evaluation methods and ask you to discuss which is your preferred and why.
The process consisted in initial screening theoretical questions (rather than submitting cover letter and cv), followed by a programming data task, presentation of the results of this task and interview.
