The interview process was a mixture of me displaying a want to work with young children in the community and having a history of doing so, and them giving me a basic understanding of how ABA works along with testing a few creative skills surrounding common scenarios that may be encountered.
I think the interview is relatively easy if this is a field you're interested in and you're able to show that. But if you're just looking for a job where you clock in and clock out and get paid. The interview itself will be a lot more difficult to get through, genuine passion for the type of work you're doing will go a long way.
I believe I may be biased though because I had previous experience working with children. So it's potential that my interview would've been easier.
