I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2019
Interview
After submitting my application I received an email to set up and phone interview. The phone call lasted 30 minutes and alot of information was provided about what I would be doing. I was then offered to come in for a clinical interview where I observed what they do daily.
The interview process was not as tedious as other companies have made it out to be. There were a bunch of questions to get to know you and see how you would handle different situations.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations (Allen, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Went to a location to meet with one of the directors and team leads. Had an hour and a half interview, was told I should hear from them by the end of next week. Less than half an hour later got a generic email stating they weren’t interested. Not helpful or professional, and a waste of time.
