Very easy they are desperate to hire anyone due to high turnover rates. They make you role play senators to see how you react, I almost logged off the zoom the guy fake crying gave me the ick i wanted to throw up.
It was really easy! The recruiter was really nice and gave me the job right away. We mostly chatted about my past experiences and how I qualify for the job.

pretty smooth process, if you have experience and open availability you'll most likely get the job. There is a phone screen, and then a virtual interview. After that if you are picked you will get a phone call and sent over onboarding paperwork
