Interview
You submit your resume and they give you a call. If you interview well they invite you to come on-site so you can see the production area and meet with some staff. Very straight forward process.

They asked about my experience both in school and out of school.
They called me for a phone interview and then they had said they would call to set up an in person interview but never followed up to set up a time and details. Along with this they never returned any phone calls.
