The initial phase was a phone screening with the recruiter, asking you some basic questions to determine eligibility for employment. At the next phase, some online paperwork may be required on the company website/portal, which consist of typical questions you would see on an application, like education, work history, and demographics. The final phase is an in-person interview, either with one manager or more (in my case it was just one) and asked you a series of questions, which all lasted about a half hour. I waited for a final decision which was given last day of the week, and if decision is made in your favor, they will e-mail you a link to their portal to view the offer letter and have the option to accept it,
