Becker & Company interview questions

I was invited in for 2 interviews. The first interview consisted of the HR manager and president of the company getting to know me and my experience. Then I was sent a DISC assessment (personality assessment) which I had never taken before. It was surprisingly accurate! The second interview we went over the results and talked about the position itself and later that day I was offered the job via email.
