Interview with management followed by peer interview. Basic interview questions and lasted approximately 20-30 minutes from start to finish. Wasn't a fan of peer interview as I found out after I accepted the position, the other medical assistants that interviewed me went through my social media to "see what kind of person" I really was.

Interview
Mostly went over resume, some questions. They ask you to do a drug screen that day if you're hired. They seem to be desperate for this position, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a job. The interview was very informal.
