Pretty Casual interview process. I showed up and spoke with the manager. Showed him my resume. He showed be around and then later told me I got the job.

Interview
The interview process with the company is very long and drawn out. I had a first interview which lasted over 3 hours and was shuffled from one manager to another and back. I was given a tour of the entire property during this time. I then had a phone interview a few days later with a corporate director. Weeks went by with no communication. Then I would receive either an email or voice mail but each time I would get back to them, I would be left hanging for days if not weeks without any communication and then given an apology about how busy they are. This went on for over two months. I was given an offer over the phone and by email but they still wouldn't guarantee the position to me.
