Lengthy written application with a lot of short answer questions, 15 minute preliminary interview via phone, lots of pointed questions about school's religious identity and how it would impact curriculum and instruction.

How would you bring the gospel into your teaching instruction? / How would the gospel inform or enrich your teaching instruction?
(I don't recall the exact wording, but it was the most distinctive question in the interview, and seemed like the question the interviewer was most interested in knowing)

Interview
The interview was similar to other schools I've interviewed with in the area. I appreciated the interviews' friendliness and openness about the mission of the school. Overall it was a positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bear Creek School (Redmond, WA)
Interview
There were three steps. An initial call to see if my beliefs & attitude fit with the school. The second was a panel with admin, head teacher of division and other teachers. The third was with the second head of school. This was during COVID.
