      Business Development Representative (BDR) Interview

      19 Jan 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Charleston, SC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bear Cognition (Charleston, SC) in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview team were all super nice and easy to talk to. The first round is simple getting to know you and your background. The second round is more interesting, where they make you do real cold phone calls to their call list. Not knowing exactly what the company offers makes this a little difficult but overall I think they just want to hear your phone skills and how you can make someone set up a call with your AE.
