BeamTrail Java Software Engineer interview questions

The process followed like this: 1) Initially I was contacted by Agency. 2) Then I was interviewed by BeamTrail for 1st round and it was about my experience with the projects which I have worked on. - I passed successfully. 3) Afterwards, I received an online Hackerrank test. - I did it and passed successfully to next round 4) I was given a task to solve and submit my source code to GitHub and send them the link for evaluation. - I passed successfully. 5) They scheduled me another meeting to present my solution and share my screen. They asked me various questions and asked me for additional changes to code in front of them. Here in the final step, again I had no issues at all and it went super smooth. The whole process lasted approx. 2,5 - 3 months. Eventually I received a reply that they decided to hire other candidate. I was disappointed because no single point went bad and it hurts to spend so much time for the process and get denied without further justification. After all, candidates allocate times from ongoing activities to get evaluated and it is relatively unfair to steal the times like this for a reply of "we decided for another candidate". I believe that the filtering mechanism should opt out on earlier round or work much quicker than 3 months period. It is how it is, I personally learned a lot from process to avoid such long processes for the future interviews and therefore would recommend you to consinder twice before applying to BeamTrail.

=> You will be approached by an external recruiter. Some of them live already in the UAE. First I received a, very easy, test by HackerRank. Then was an oral interview, where I was treated well during the interview process. Later came an implementation task which took hours (!). The company avoids standard technologies except Java.
