The process was EXTREMELY lengthy for the job - a part-time, temporary role doing their social media. I had to go through five rounds, one of which included writing a campaign plan for their Million4Million campaign. I did have an issue with this since it's a campaign they're actually running currently, and had I not been chosen I would have been upset since I essentially gave them work for free. I could understand the lengthy process of five different interview rounds if it were for a full-time, salaried job but it was for a 15-20 hour a week temporary position. One of the interviews was with my boss, their Executive Director, and she didn't really ask me any questions- just talked to me while she was driving through mountains on a family trip. The call kept dropping, which was frustrating - I felt like they should have been more organized and set up a time where she was in the office and could have had a professional, organized conversation with me.
