I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beacon Funding in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was a long one! I spoke with Human Resources and then I spoke with the person I would be working for. I then went to meet the people in the office I would interact with on a daily basis. I then had another phone interview with the VP. They took the time to make sure I was right for them and gave me the opportunity to meet the people I would be working with prior to hire. The interviews were conducted over the phone and gave us both the opportunity to see if it was the right fit. After the interviews my file was submitted to the CEO for hiring approval and I received my offer of employment.

Question 1
There were no out-of-the-box questions during the interview. I was asked about my experience and why I was leaving my last job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Beacon Funding (Dover, NH) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process went very well, I got an offer the next day for 50K a year and was very excited to start. I went through the whole process of filling out all of the documents for the position, attending a drug screen and allowing for a back round check ect... Everything checked out. 1 week before my start date i received an email from the HR department stating that they have changed their mind about hiring me. I had declined to other job offers and signed a lease for a new place during this time. Now I have no job and a new place I am unable to afford. I feel this is ver unprofessional practice and I would not wish this to happen to anyone.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Beacon Funding (Dover, NH) in Sept 2016
Interview
The process was quick and very helpful in making my decision to choose Beacon. Everyone was friendly and made sure I had qualifications before continuing on with the interview process. I had two phone interviews (one with HR and one with a Lease Administrator) and then had a formal interview in the office I would be working in. I got to meet the people I would be seeing everyday which was comforting. After my formal interview HR contacted me to follow-up. The next day I had a formal offer. My employment information, benefit documents and legal documents were given to me right away to fill out when I had time. They also made sure to tell me exactly what they needed from me. It was a stress-free process and it made it that much easier to choose Beacon.
