Be Better Advertising interview questions

After you submit your resume (I applied through LinkedIn), they will email you asking you to completed a paper answering different types of questions. Like "Share am example of your attention to detail" or "Share an example of a time when you used your knowledge of automaton ca[abilities to optimize a process." After you submit that paper in (took me 2 hours) you wait to see if you get a Skype interview. I was accepted for one. She asked typical basic screening questions but seems like she didn't care to be talking to me. Made me feel like it was a bother to interview me. I think they had already found someone and just did my interview because they scheduled one. Right after the interview I got an email saying they are going to go along with other applicants.

They tell you at the beginning that it's a really thorough process and they weren't kidding in the slightest. They sent me about six initial questions that were your average interview questions. From there, I did a one-way interview which had more questions that were fairly par the course for an interview. I don't know what the rest of the process is like, but if it's like the first steps, then be prepared!
